Outdoor Cabinet Heating Assemblies

Project-specific electric heating assemblies for outdoor cabinets exposed to low ambient temperatures, frost risk, and temperature maintenance requirements.

Typical Pain Points

  • Cold-weather startup concerns
  • Frost risk around enclosed components
  • Outdoor cabinet space and service access limits

What We Provide

  • Heater type and wattage review
  • Mounting plate, bracket, or guard planning
  • Wiring exit direction and terminal reservation

Project Inputs

  • Outdoor temperature range
  • Target internal temperature
  • Cabinet dimensions and available mounting area

Schematic only. Final control thresholds remain part of the customer's downstream control design.

Cold-Weather Review

The heater package is reviewed around the minimum ambient, target internal temperature, cabinet heat loss, available power, and mounting area.

  • Heater and guard placement
  • Clearance from customer equipment
  • Wire exit and terminal location
  • Prototype fit and service-access review

Side-Mounted Heating When Floor Space Is Occupied

A side-wall layout may be an option when existing equipment occupies the cabinet floor. This concept shows the mounting support, removable heating module and reserved wiring interface.

40-second concept animation, not a delivered customer case or a maintenance procedure. Assembly is shown de-energized, with downstream customer wiring disconnected. Mounting orientation, access, protection and certification scope require project review.

Share the side-wall mounting area, opening dimensions and front access space, together with voltage, ambient range and target temperature. We review the heating assembly; downstream controls remain with your team.
